Extended Stay America Select Suites - Indianapolis - North - Carmel

I was only there for 10 hours so I couldn’t tell you. Seemed clean. I had a late check in and it was an easy process. The lady came down and checked me in.

The bed and wooded peaceful setting gave me the best rest. Love it

The staff was our favorite part! So friendly and sweet the whole time! They made us feel so welcome and chatted and joked with us, made us feel very at home and helped us get whatever we needed! We unfortunately had to leave early and got reimbursed for the night we couldn’t stay which was unexpected and so amazing!!!

Have stayed here quite a few times before and always love coming back. It’s consistent, clean and easy to get to - quiet and not too far from Downtown Indianapolis. It’s tucked inside, so no worries about traffic and parking. Lobby’s small - there’s not too much room on the ground floor, but a few steps up, and there’s a lounge/sofa area, in the basement, there are a few vending machines and a laundry room too. Room was great! Beds were comfy, soft pillows, kitchen was fully equipped and there were lots of room for luggage, etc. TV had a few good channels, plug sockets everywhere and nice to have a proper big fridge. Bathroom was stocked with towels and water pressure was great! Henry, at the front desk, was sweet! Professional, friendly and did a great job! Thanks for remembering me 😁👍🏼

I liked the room set up and the kitchen. Also, our room was very clean!
